HiJinx Gaming Convention 2026 Get ready for a weekend of tabletop fun, friendship, and unforgettable adventures! HiJinx Gaming Convention is New Hampshire’s newest celebration of board games, card games, and role-playing games designed for players of all ages and experience levels.

This is not your average sock puppet situation.

Join us at VRmont Studios on October 5th from 4:00–6:30 PM for a hands-on puppet-making workshop with special guest Eric Weiss of Homeslice Puppetry!

Participants ages 8+ will design and build their very own high-quality sock puppet with guidance from an award-winning professional puppet builder who has been creating and teaching puppetry since 2006.

Whether you’re a kid, a grown-up kid, a theater lover, a maker, a character-design nerd, or someone who simply believes the world needs more googly eyes and dramatic entrances… this one’s for you.

This week has been packed with creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on fun! From coding LEGO robots to navigate restaurants they designed themselves, to creating colorful tie-dye shirts, bringing ideas to life on our 3D printers, and exploring the VRmont Studios makerspace with Josie, these campers have been busy turning imagination into reality.

Watching these girls collaborate, experiment, build, and cheer each other on has been so inspiring. 💪
