The Respiratory Care Program is pleased to announce that all 8 of our graduates have passed the first of their 2 credentialing exams, in the first attempt, with the high cut score. This makes all of our students certified therapist, allowing them to apply for licensure and get working in our communities. It also allows them to sit for the 2nd exam to earn their regsitry credential. Class of 2026, we are so proud of you!!!!

Reminder that LLCC summer hours begin this week.
Summer hours are here at Lincoln Land Community College. From May 18 through Aug. 6 campus offices will be open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Regular hours resume Monday Aug. 10.

Our LLCC-Litchfield CNA students wrapped up their clinicals on May 14! Soon they'll sit for their state competency exam. We can't wait to watch their future in health care grow! Congratulations!!

Yesterday, on May 14, 2026, Lincoln Land Community College held a memorable Spring Pinning Ceremony for our Associate Degree Nursing students. Surrounded by faculty, staff, family, and friends, we celebrated the achievement of 80 of our 85 graduating nursing students as they were pinned and formally initiated into the nursing profession.
Congratulations to each of our graduates. May your compassion, empathy, dedication, and the knowledge you have gained positively influence our community as you humbly serve your patients during challenging moments in their lives.

LLCC-Taylorville CNA students completed their last clinical on May 8. Next up, they'll sit for the state competency exam. After passing they will be certified nursing assistants working in the field. Congratulations to this group of students on their accomplishment this semester!

Earlier this week, our EMS students had a unique opportunity to connect with Saints Flights, a critical care air medical transport service. Students asked questions, learned from the flight crew and stepped inside a medevac helicopter to see firsthand how air medical teams support lifesaving care in our region.
