Hope and awareness lead the way at Springfield’s Out of the Darkness Walk - Oct. 4 The Out of the Darkness Walk is October 4 beginning at the UIS Student Union.

Hello, HDC students, faculty, staff, and friends!

We just wanted to provide a quick update on the HDC Counseling Program apparel order. Luers has provided an update that they are hard at work on the order after a delay due to their busy time as K-12 and college begins in the community. They expect orders to be completed before the end of September. We appreciate your patience as we get the first order completed. We are hopeful to do a second round of orders later in the Fall! We will let you know as soon as the first order has arrived!

The UIS Counseling Program is pleased to share that HDC Apparel options are available for purchase! We are working with Luer's, a local apparel shop that has worked with UIS and the Springfield community frequently. There are both professional and casual options (t-shirt, raglan "softball" tee, polo, and a quarter-zip pullover) with several colors to choose from in a wide range of sizes, all at reasonable prices. Please see the attached document for more details and photos. If interested, please place your orders at this link by no later than Friday, August 1st. A small portion of the sales goes to support the HDC Self-Supporting Fund, which provides us with flexibility in enhancing our programming and events.
