Leading News: Chicago Public Schools adjusted policy to make it easier for students experiencing homelessness to enroll. A downstate district ran into enrollment issues. A defunct Chicago charter school built with taxpayer dollars said it will let a court decide where proceeds from the sale of the facility should go. CPS extends free WiFi program for students.
