National Psychology Training Consortium

Are you employed at a facility that would serve as a fantastic training site for interns, but lack sufficient licensed psychologists for supervision? If so, reach out to us! We are compiling a list of psychologists who are prepared to offer contract supervision. Our aim is to support our training sites and welcome new partners to NPTC. Take a look at our list below to find out if there are supervisors available in your state. We also have several psychologists licensed through PSYPACT.

NPTC is delighted to announce not just one, but two significant updates regarding the accreditation status of our programs.

Our Cy-Hawk Region has received APA accreditation on contingency! Accreditation on contingency is the anticipated status at this stage of the process. This accreditation is in effect as of May 9, 2025, meaning the two interns who just graduated from the Cy-Hawk Region in July will be recognized as graduates from an APA-accredited internship!

Following this announcement, we also learned that our Pacific Region has been approved for a site visit by APA! The first cohort of interns in this region began in June, and the training year is off to a promising start.

NPTC extends its gratitude to our member sites, training directors, supervisors, interns, alumni, and leadership for their dedication and hard work in maintaining a successful program. We eagerly anticipate many more years of training tomorrow’s psychologists!
