Springfield-Clark CTC Culinary Arts Program Welcome to the SCCTC Jaguar Room! SCCTC has built a new Jaguar Room restaurant! All meals prepared and served by SCCTC Culinary Arts students.

Our architects won the Cincinnati magazine's 6th annual Interior Design Award for this unique layout. Students develop skills and work habits by working in the student-operated mobile food business, the CTC Food Truck, and on-campus restaurant, The Jaguar Room. Both are open to the public and staff. Junior and senior classes share management responsibilities of both student-run businesses. Culinar

y students also have many opportunities to participate in state and national culinary competitions and compete for scholarships to prominent culinary colleges in the United States. Culinary students gain leadership experience through membership in the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA).

The Jaguar Room, proudly operated by our Culinary Arts students, would like to sincerely thank everyone who supported us this school year. Your visits, encouragement, and enthusiasm helped provide our students with invaluable real-world experience and growth in the culinary field.

The Jaguar Room is now closed for the season and will reopen in September. We look forward to welcoming you back for another exciting year of student-created dining experiences.
