There are many people in this community that continue to support my research on recovery and readiness! 🧠💪✝️ I continue to learn sooo much about our community and it’s so cool. Thank you Powerworks Fitness for sponsoring post 5k for Chatham Jaycees Sweet Corn Festival stage time!

It’s time! The 5k has been laid out! The chalk grid done. I know it’s hot out but if you can check out 5k grid map (south park, Breckenridge , park street). If you live close go add a 🌽 and positive words with chalk today and tomorrow!!!!

Let’s motivate to move for the 5k Saturday- not an early riser?! No problem join us back at stage for partner mobility post run recovery routine at 915. FAMILY FUNdations. Movement in the park. Can’t get better than that!!!
