On Saturday, November 15th, 7:30 pm in VPA 170, we will be supporting the UIS Theatre program by attending their latest production, The Laramie Project by Moises Kaufman and the members of Tectonic Theater Project. Professor Akash Belsare's ENG 366 ECCE Story of Food class (and a couple of guests!) enjoyed a feast created by Chef Kimsimone Manning, A Taste of Seoul. Chef Kimsimone shared her Korean fusion cuisine and spoke with us about her food journey and experiences as a local business owner and restaurateur! It was amazing. Thank you, Chef!
