The Anti-Racism and Equity team is hosting and supporting two fabulous weekend events this Friday and Saturday. Join us for a Zine Workshop on Friday, November 14th, 6:00 -7:30 pm CST in UHB 2004 or virtually through Zoom. On Saturday, November 15th, 7:30 pm in VPA 170, we will be supporting the UIS Theatre program by attending their latest production, The Laramie Project by Moises Kaufman and the members of Tectonic Theater Project. Professor Akash Belsare's ENG 366 ECCE Story of Food class (and a couple of guests!) enjoyed a feast created by Chef Kimsimone Manning, A Taste of Seoul. Chef Kimsimone shared her Korean fusion cuisine and spoke with us about her food journey and experiences as a local business owner and restaurateur! It was amazing. Thank you, Chef!
