He focused on the psychology behind posting memories of their jobs and how to document them

We have brought back Wiser University for a limited time! 🥳 SIGN UP TODAY!

A few years ago we started doing this.

People would come hang out with us for about an hour and we'd literally just explain how buying a house works!

We'd explain inspections, financing, appraisals, timelines, earnest money, closing costs... all the stuff nobody really teaches you until you're already trying to buy a house!

And it was honestly one of our favorite things we'd ever done!

People would leave saying, "I wish someone would've explained this years ago."

So we're bringing it back!

Actually... we're making it even better.

Now we're doing classes for people wanting to:
• Buy their first home
• Buy an investment property
• Sell a house and buy another one
• Learn about FHA, VA, USDA and down payment assistance
