As the 2025-2026 school year comes to a close, we just want to take a moment to thank our SLS students, faculty, staff, supporters and friends. It has been a joy to partner together this year to make a joyful noise unto the Lord, and we are truly grateful for His goodness and mercy. Your support and encouragement makes this ministry possible, and we thank God for each of you.
See you in August!

They say that dynamite comes in small packages, and that is true of our SLS graduating class of 2026. They completed their last day at SLS and are graduating this Sunday at the Redeemer Springfield 10:45 a.m. service. It has been truly an honor being a part of these kids' journey. They love the Lord, are bright, and keep us laughing. We will miss them so much!

Every year, SLS faculty and staff select one art piece by an 8th grade graduate to be installed on the SLS art gallery wall. This year, Amelia Curtis’ beautiful painting was selected! We can’t wait to see it in the gallery for years to come.
Thank you to Mrs. Shepard for facilitating an inspiring art program!

Each month, students learn a new Hymn of the Month as a way to teach them treasured classics and as a way to help them commit scripture to memory. This month, students will be learning "Great is Thy Faithfulness," LSB 809.
