Shady Dell (SDECC) is an early childhood center that has students ages 4 and 5. SDECC houses 8 classrooms, all positions require qualifications based upon a developmental screening. 🌾 Farm Day! 🐣
We had the best time with Once Upon a Hilltop Farm! The kids were so excited to meet all the small animals—there were lots of smiles, gentle pets, and maybe a few happy squeals.
Nothing beats fresh air and making some new furry (and feathered) friends! 🚜☀️

Our lions represented Shady Dell last night at the Board of Education meeting. They led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Early childhood students Paislie, Nathalie, Audrey, Cash and Dakota led the Pledge of Allegiance at the Board of Education meeting last night.🇺🇸 These preschool students were recognized for their leadership at Shady Dell.
We had a blast at the carnival tonight!

Our little learners had some very special visitors for Career Day this morning! A huge thank you to the Springfield Police Department officers who stopped by to chat with the kids.👮♂️
