Good morning Wanda Gray families, we are looking forward to another successful day of the fundraiser! The following classes are within $100 of meeting a goal! Can we help them earn something to brighten their day?

These classes are within $100 of earning an Extra Recess! Cathey ($40), Brady ($35), Janson ($75)

These classes are within $100 of earning a morning announcement (K-1) or a secret mission day (2-4)! Saleske ($25), Steele ($80), Carroll ($35), Conroy ($80)

Mrs. Youngblood’s class is $100 away from earning a movie lunch with Mrs. Sandbothe!

Uh oh! No blast off here, these classes are currently stuck on the ground with less than $100 in donations after the first ten days 😅 Kleier, Palmer, Hudson- we would love to see your students earn some incentives!

Small amounts matter too- the class with the most individual donations this week will get to be a part of choosing our 2026-2027 yearbook cover!

Let’s talk about the STICKER PARTY! We are excited to offer Sticker Parties for every class who hits their individual class goal in the fundraiser. You will earn your students the opportunity to take a break in their day and pick out a “blind bag” of stickers, then spend 20 minutes swapping stickers with their classmates/grade… this gives them the opportunity to talk to kids they haven’t connected with yet, learn their likes and dislikes, and show kindness and generosity in trading with others! It may seem just like a fun reward, but it grows an opportunity for connection that is invaluable. Help them get their sticker party- donate today, and post in the comments your students interests so we can get the coolest stickers for when they hit their goal!

Wanda Gray Elementary provides a budget for every grade to go on a field trip. We love to make sure these costly trips are a yearly experience, and that is why such a large portion of our budget goes to funding these amazing memories. Our children will take these experiences with them as a lifelong memory, and we are so grateful to be able to provide that. Thank you for donating to our fundraiser to help make this possible.

A big THANK YOU to these amazing volunteers and the many school nurses who helped make our Health Fair a success this morning! We appreciate you giving your time and taking such great care of our students.

Each and every student in kindergarten, 1st grade, and 3rd grade had their vision and hearing screenings, and we are so thankful for everyone who helped make it happen! 🩺✨
