We proudly celebrated the graduation of our students as they took an exciting step toward their next adventure. Watching them grow academically, socially, and spiritually throughout the year has been such a blessing.

We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of our families. Thank you for trusting us with your children, supporting our school community, and partnering with us throughout the year. Your encouragement, kindness, and involvement have helped make this year truly special.

As we reflect on all the learning, laughter, friendships, and memories we’ve shared, our hearts are full of gratitude. We pray God’s blessings over our graduates and all of our families as they enjoy a fun and restful summer.

Our Day School students had such a fun hands-on science experience as they “dissected” a model frog and learned all about frog anatomy! 🐸🔬

The children explored different body parts, discovered how frogs live and grow, and practiced using their observation skills just like real scientists. We love creating exciting learning opportunities that spark curiosity and wonder in our classrooms!

Message for Our Moms....

To each of you, we see you. We see the early mornings, the packed lunches, the busy schedules, and the love that you pour into your children each and every day. We see the hugs at drop-off, the encouraging words, and even the quiet prayers you whisper over your children. Every single one of those moments matters more than you may ever realize.

Motherhood is a beautiful calling, but it can also be challenging and exhausting at times. In the middle of the busyness, it’s easy to wonder if you’re doing enough. But be encouraged today—you are exactly where God has called you to be. He has entrusted you with your children for a reason, and He is walking with you through every joyful moment and every difficult one.

Scripture reminds us in Proverbs 31:25, “She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.” What a beautiful picture of who you are. You are strong. You are faithful. You are deeply loved by God.

The love, guidance, and faith you are planting in your children today are seeds that will grow for a lifetime. You are shaping their hearts, building their character, and pointing them toward God in ways that will impact them forever.

We simply want to say thank you. Thank you for your sacrifice, your patience, your kindness, and your unwavering love. Thank you for trusting us to be a part of your children’s lives.

We are so grateful for each and every one of you.

🌱 Our Day School scientists got their hands dirty this week as we dug into all things gardening!

Students learned about the tools needed to care for a garden and discovered the three most important ingredients for helping seeds thrive: soil, sun, and water ☀️💧🌿

The highlight of the week was planting their very own seeds in our learning garden. We can’t wait to watch them grow! 🌼

Our Day School students have had such an exciting time learning about the life cycle of a caterpillar and butterfly! 🐛🦋 Each classroom had their own cup of caterpillars, giving the children a hands-on opportunity to observe every stage—from tiny caterpillars to chrysalises and finally beautiful butterflies.

The wonder and curiosity in their eyes as they watched this transformation unfold has been so special to see. This week, we celebrated all they learned by releasing our butterflies—such a joyful and memorable experience for everyone!

In science this week, we are wrapping up our Simple Machines unit by exploring the incline plane! Students discovered how ramps make it easier to move objects by reducing the amount of force needed. It was a fun, hands-on way to see how simple machines make work easier in our everyday lives!

We’re having so much fun continuing our Simple Machines unit at the day school! Our students got hands-on by experimenting with a pulley system using simple household items.

It was exciting to see their curiosity come to life as they explored how pulleys make lifting and moving objects easier. We love watching our students learn through play and discovery!💡

Our FBCDS students and staff had such a wonderful time on our field trip to the library! 📚

Ms. Pam did an amazing job teaching us all about what happens when you visit the library. She gave us a fun and informative tour, showed us where to find all kinds of books, and even took us behind the scenes to see how the book return process works—so cool!

A big thank you to all the staff at Richard Byrd Library for making our visit so special and memorable. We loved every minute! 💛

Last week we were so excited to partner with St. Christopher’s Preschool and invite Bar C Ranch Petting Zoo for a special visit. The children had an absolute blast meeting and interacting with all the animals—there were so many smiles, giggles, and unforgettable moments! Carl the Llama was a fan favorite! 🤣

Experiences like these are such a sweet way to build community and create lasting memories for our students. Thank you to everyone who helped make this day so special! 💛
