We are unbelievably proud of our high school class of 2026, which includes 36 students who earned associates degrees alongside their high school diplomas from Springfield Technical Community College last night.

And, we are so proud of Veritas senior Elijah Frederick, who was chosen as the STCC commencement speaker. In his words: “The real measure of success is the impact you make upon the lives of the people who are in the spaces you are in.” Our graduating class of 2026 has made an indelible impact on our school and all the students who will come after them.

Join us for our Junior College Planning Night on June 3 at 6:00 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Cafeteria!

This event is designed to help students and families better understand the college admissions process and prepare for the exciting year ahead. Families will hear directly from school counselors, college admissions representatives, financial aid officers, and graduating seniors about what to expect during the college application journey.

From applications and financial aid to timelines, expectations, and advice from students who have recently gone through the process, this is a great opportunity to ask questions and gather important information as juniors begin planning for life after high school.

We look forward to partnering with families to ensure our students have the tools, support, and confidence they need to thrive through the college admissions process and beyond! 🐍

What an incredible day at the 2nd Annual VPCHS College Fair! 🎓🐍

This past Friday, our 9th–11th grade students had the opportunity to connect with college admissions representatives from schools across the region, ask questions, explore majors and programs, and start thinking more deeply about their futures after high school.

One of the most exciting parts of the day was watching students step outside of their comfort zones, introduce themselves, practice networking skills, and engage in meaningful conversations about college, careers, athletics, financial aid, and campus life.

At Veritas Prep, preparing students for life after high school starts early, and opportunities like this help students see what’s possible for their futures. A huge thank you to all of the colleges and representatives who joined us and helped make the event such a success! 💛
