Our BRANDT scholarship recipients: Jake Cooper, Will Robinson, Peyton Bergschneider, Mae Bandelow, Avery Pope, Kylie Neisler, and Bailey Shields, recently visited the BRANDT headquarters in Springfield. Students were able to spend some time listening to Evelyn Thomas share her words of wisdom while they also shared their future plans with her. Mr. Rod Riech, LLCC ag alumni, took the students on a tour of the facility as well. Thank you to BRANDT for your continued support of our students and agricultural programs here at LLCC!

We were happy to host the 2024 FFA Middle School Conference in November! Over 130 middle schoolers joined the major state officer team and FFA staff for a full day of activities on campus. The students took a tour of Kreher in the afternoon to learn about careers in agriculture and to try out the simulators in the lab! Our Ag Ambassadors did a great job showing them how to use the simulators and giving the tour.
