Rainy Day? No problem!! 🌧️ ☔️

We welcomed our school-age summer campers into the building this week.

We’ve kept busy in both the preschool and school-age programs with lots of fun and laughter despite the rainy days!

This is our last week of the school year! It has been a wonderful year full of learning, love, and fun. We will miss our students who do not come in the summers and we wish you the best.

Happy Mother’s Day to our amazing KOC moms!

This week in science we made moon dough/cloud dough! This is such an easy and fun slime-adjacent sensory activity: mix one cup conditioner with two cups cornstarch, stir, and knead (food coloring optional). Then enjoy smooshing and stretching the dough with your child!

Happy Earth Day! 🌎
This week, our preschoolers are discovering how to love and care for our planet that God made. Our oldest students even got a visit from a geologist to learn about how water moves through rocks and soil. Take the time to talk with your kids about small things you can do to make a difference!

Sensory play is more than just fun and a little mess; it’s how preschoolers learn best!

Activities like playing with sand, water, or playdough help children build important skills like problem-solving, language, and coordination. It also helps them explore their world, express creativity, and even manage big emotions.

Let them scoop, pour, squish, and explore because every little moment of sensory play is helping their brains grow!

We had a great week, leading up to Easter, here at Kids of Creation.
We hope all of our families had a blessed Easter. He is risen indeed!
