Young Bakers Week-Long Intensive is going so well! They're having the best time learning, and that's always so much fun to see! ☺️ Yesterday, they learned how to make and braid challah- the colors make it easier to braid, and more fun to work with... 😂 Even though it stained their hands!

Catch us at the bakery today for Pickwick Street Fair starting at 10am! 🥐 It's one of the few times a year you can buy fresh pastries from the kitchen ~or~ you can spot Katie outside with a basket of pretzels on her head, and get a fresh baked pretzel from her. 🥨
If you've never had a croissant cinnamon roll- look at all those flaky layers! 😍🥰
We also have plum & cream cheese danishes, blueberry pinwheels, cheese danishes, pan au chocolat and whoopsie doodles. 😋

Catch our Khachapuri at the Pickwick Street Fair this Saturday! There are three variations: traditional Georgian, German fusion with pretzel crust and obazda (Bavarian beer cheese) and Greek fusion with spanakopita filling!
