Catch our Khachapuri at the Pickwick Street Fair this Saturday! There are three variations: traditional Georgian, German fusion with pretzel crust and obazda (Bavarian beer cheese) and Greek fusion with spanakopita filling!

We’re sold out for the first session, but still taking applications for sessions 2 and 3 of our Young Bakers Week-Long Intensive!
This is a weeklong, hands-on program for kids who are excited to really learn how baking works.
Over five days, they’ll make things like croissants and danish, breads like brioche and focaccia, tarts and custards, chocolate work, fresh pasta — and understand why any of it works.
They’ll cook their own lunches, take home tons of tasty baked goods (might as well start clearing freezer space now), and leave with a wealth of new skills and confidence in the kitchen.
Session dates:
June 8–12 (Sold Out)
June 22–26
August 3–7
Time: 9:00am–2:45pm
Ages: 10–16 (slightly flexible if they’re serious about it)
Cost: $525/student
This is application-based so we can build groups that work well together.

Days later and we're still thinking about the South African Braii! It's one of our favorite menus and we had such a good group for that class! Thank you all again for coming out and making some wonderful food with us. ☺️
