Private Music Studio Piano lessons for ages 5 & up and Voice lessons for ages 10 & up. Betty has been teaching for 20 years in various capacities.
She has sung with Springfield Regional Opera, local and regional orchestras and internationally. She also taught 6-12 grade vocal music for 6 years. She has directed youth choir and church choirs for 10 years and has been a substitue director for Messiah Project, Inc. She has judged choir and solo contests as well as talent shows in the area.
So very proud of all my students who were in the Kickapoo production of Into The Woods this weekend. It was amazing!

So proud of all my students at the recital today. Unfortunately, this picture is missing two of them.
First group lesson of the fall! We had so much fun. Missed some of our fellow singers but wish you good singing at the MSU Invitational choir. Very proud of you.

Very proud of all my students who sang and played at the recital today. Way to go!
My students will be having a recital on March 4th at Asbury UMC, 1500 S. Campbell, Springfield,MO at 2:00 p.m.
We would love to have you in our audience as they use this performance to prepare for District Contest.
Since it is tradition, I will also be singing.

Heather Rooney McBride and her piano students will be joining Miss Betty and her voice students for a recital on April 25th at 2:00 pm at Asbury United Methodist Church.
We will be having a recital on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at Covenant Presbyterian Church on Lone Pine St. in Springfield. All are welcome to come. Students, let me know if you can't make it.
Miss Betty will be on vacation starting Thursday, Aug. 18th through Tuesday August 23rd. Regular classes will resume on Wednesday the 24th. If you need to schedule your Fall lesson, please call me. If you don't have my number, text Miss Betty's Studio to 90210.
