Last night might have been chilly but we’re off to a hot start in 2026! Congratulations prophets!

Prophet and Chief Justice-elect Josh Kelley penned the following toast for the new year. (Side note: We THINK we have the fez situation straightened out..time will soon tell)😉

A Grotto Toast to the New Year

Here’s to another year of fellowship, foolishness,
and hats that exist mostly in theory.

May our meetings be lively
our laughter be loud
our glasses be full
and our black fezzes arrive… eventually.

Until then, may we wear them proudly in spirit, confident that true MOVPER wisdom does not require actual headgear just the right attitude and a questionable sense of humor.

To doing good while having fun
to organized nonsense
and to proving once again
that patience is a virtue we are still working on.

To MOVPER
to the Prophets
and to the New Year
which will almost certainly arrive before the fezzes.

Congratulations to our current Monarch Lee Cook on being installed as Master of Gate of the Temple Lodge #422 on Sunday, September 8th, 2024. Also installed was Prophet Victor Shafer as Senior Warden, Prophets Elect Joshua Kelley and Jake Waldron as Senior and Junior Stewards.

Congratulations to Prophet and past Chief Justice Todd Wilkinson on being installed as Senior Warden of Ash Grove Lodge #100 on Thursday, September 5th, 2024.
