Renshi Mason is hosting an awesome Muay Thai seminar!

Open to all Elite/Masters &
Teens/Adult students and none members.

Focused on the Art of Muay Thai. Muay Thai is known as the Art of 8 Limbs.

You will learn proper footwork, offensive & defensive positioning allowing you to take your striking techniques to a the next level.
You will learn how to clinch for greater control of your opponent and how to put combinations together coming into and off the clinch.

You will learn how to put your combinations together in smooth and powerful combinations of hands, elbows, feet and knees.
Youth and Adults will be separated.

For your protection from repetitive striking and kicking combination on pads Boxing Gloves and Shin Guards are required. Ask us if you need some!

NO uniform required. Wear No-Gi attire.

A huge congratulations to our incredible competitors, Xavier, Ethan, and Jazmyne, who represented Empowered Martial Arts Academy at the AGF World Championships in Texas this weekend! And all three came home World Champions!

These three athletes earned their spot on the world stage through hard work, dedication, and countless hours of training. Regardless of the results, we couldn't be more proud of the courage, discipline, and heart they showed while competing against some of the best young grapplers in the world.

Thank you to everyone who supported their journey through donations, encouragement, and cheering them on from home. Your support helped make this experience possible!
