What is your goal this year?

A sensei in a hat, on a mat,
Practiced a kick that went tip-tap-tap-tat!
He twirled and he flipped, he hopped in a snap,
And bowed to the gnomes who were taking a nap.
He shouted, “Chop! Block! And jab with a clap!
Don’t let your left foot fall into a trap!”
The students all giggled and rolled on their back,
While learning the moves in their stripey green slacks.

Best of Eugene 2025-26 Nomination Round

After some great testing last week, results week is upon us. A giant rainbow greeted us at the dojo today for our celebration!

In honor of MLK Day ESK will be open so we can all work on the character trait of discipline. See you on the mats!

Just a reminder ESK will be closed for Thanksgiving. Hoping you all have a wonderful time with family and friends!
