YMCA Greater of Springfield School Age Programs

Due to the heat advisory, Springfield Public Schools will dismiss early on May 19.

Because of the sudden schedule change, YMCA transportation will only be available for children who are normally transported to Tower Square. Children at all other school sites must be picked up by a caregiver at dismissal.

Families are welcome to bring their child to Tower Square afterward if needed while returning to work. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.

We’re celebrating Week of the Young Child at our Downtown Springfield Learning Center!

This annual celebration highlights the importance of early childhood education and supporting young children and their families. And yes, we went all in for Taco Tuesday 🌮

YMCA of Greater Springfield Summer camp registration is now OPEN! Camp Weber, Stony Brook Acres, Fun City, Small Fry, and Teen Programs are ready for another unforgettable summer. Sun. Bikes. Camp friends. Repeat. Link in comments to registration page!

On Monday, February 23, the Downtown Branch, Scantic Valley Branch, Downtown & Wilbraham Learning Centers, and all Before & After School Programs are closed due to the storm.

Due to the incoming weather, we’re making a few schedule changes to keep our members, families, and staff safe:

Sunday, January 25
• Scantic Valley Branch will close early at 11:00 AM

Monday, January 26
• Downtown Branch – CLOSED
• Wilbraham Learning Center – CLOSED
• Downtown Learning Center – CLOSED
• Before & After School Programs – CLOSED
• Scantic Valley Branch – CLOSED
