✨From Springfield College to NYC! ✨

We’re celebrating Arianna Crum, a Dance/Pre-PT to DPT student, who was recently selected to present her dance and choreographic work at Dixon Place in New York City! 🩰🗽

Arianna’s NYC experience is just one example of the incredible ways our students are creating, exploring, and pursuing their passions beyond the classroom.

This summer, Arianna also had the opportunity to shadow physical therapists at Jacob’s Pillow through a Springfield College partnership. And as a first-year student, she received the Aaron Art Award for her accomplishments in the arts. 🎨✨👏 Go, Arianna!

Good Afternoon Springfield College,

The National Weather Service has issued a severe rain and wind storm warning for tomorrow, September 26, 2026. A Wind Advisory remains in effect until 8:00 AM on Sunday, September 27, 2026. The Department of Public Safety is actively monitoring conditions to ensure campus safety, and we ask that you continue to monitor local weather updates.

Please review and follow these key safety guidelines:

Stay Indoors: Remain inside during peak storm hours and avoid unnecessary travel.

Plan Commutes: Adjust travel schedules to avoid severe weather windows.

Campus Updates: Monitor your official Springfield College email and the emergency notification system (RAVE Alerts) for updates regarding operational changes or event cancellations.

Please note that several campus events are scheduled for tomorrow, including Friends and Family Weekend, athletic competitions, and conferences. Stay mindful of weather conditions and watch for potential hazards such as downed power lines, fallen tree debris, and power outages.
