Helping dads recover from marital separation and divorce and unleash the winning version of their self, family, and legacy.

DADS! đź’” In the process of recovering from divorce, have you shut off your heart to love?

It’s easy to close ourself off after heartbreak and life change.
But here’s the hard truth: when we wall off our hearts, the effects ripple out — especially to our kids.

👉 How shutting down emotionally can impact your children:
• Kids may feel unsafe opening up about their own emotions if they see dad staying “tough” and guarded.
• They may grow up believing love always ends in pain, which can shape how they approach relationships.

🔥 Challenge for men: This week, practice one act of vulnerability. Share something real with your kids, a trusted friend, or even journal it for yourself. Let them see your heart is still alive.

Morning affirmations and visualization includes defining how we show up as a dad.
"My children see a dad who is wise, engaging, loving, approachable, kind, funny, genuine, who honors their mom, and we just enjoy being around each other".

Create your own vision statement no matter your kids age, then see it and feel it as real.

Lately I’ve been using ChatGPT for just about everything and its helping me to get just 1% better every day—as a dad, a man, and a leader in my home.

Tonight, I used it to create a chore checklist my teenage kids can actually follow (and that I’ll actually stick to). Small win. Big impact.

Being a single dad means I don’t always have time or energy to figure everything out—but I also don’t want to coast.

If you’re trying to lead your home with more clarity, AI can be a quiet coach in your corner. I’m all about becoming the , not “someday.”

Let me know if you want to see how I’m using it. Happy to share.

Thinking harder won't get you unstuck.

On vacation with my teen kids this week and have interesected paths with other divorced single parents. The common theme is we get from life what we make of it. And when we stop caring what it looks like it stops looking bad.
Catching as many sunsets as possible helps!

Anyone can differentiate themselves from any position in a company, business or nonprofit, simply by striving to provide excellent customer service. While this may seem to be a pretty low bar in today’s economy, don’t let that be you.

This is all so powerful. Let’s be action oriented while we steward the garden of our minds and speak words of faith and victory over our lives and kids!

15 LESSONS FROM THE BOOK "AS A MAN THINKETH" BY JAMES ALLEN:

1. Thoughts Shape Your Reality: Your inner thoughts and beliefs shape your outer experiences. You become what you think about most.

2. Character is Forged in Silence: True character is formed not in the external world, but in the quiet space of your mind. Pay attention to your inner thoughts and cultivate positive ones.

3. Circumstances are Tools: View external circumstances not as obstacles, but as opportunities to learn and grow. You have the power to choose how you respond to them.

4. Desire is the Starting Point: All achievements begin with a desire. Cultivate strong desires for what you want and use them as fuel for your actions.

5. Faith is the Substance of Things Hoped For: Without faith, your desires remain mere wishes. Develop unwavering faith in your ability to achieve your goals.

6. The Law of Attraction: Like attracts like. Positive thoughts attract positive experiences, and negative thoughts attract negative experiences. Choose your thoughts wisely.

7. The Power of Silence: Cultivate a practice of silence and reflection. This allows you to connect with your inner wisdom and gain clarity on your true desires.

8. The Importance of Action: Thoughts alone are not enough. You must take action to translate your desires into reality.

9. The Power of Habit: Your habits shape your life. Cultivate positive habits that support your goals and break free from negative ones that hold you back.

10. The Importance of Willpower: Develop strong willpower to overcome challenges and persist through difficulties.

11. The Value of Service: Serving others is not only beneficial for them, but also for yourself. Helping others fosters inner growth and fulfillment.

12. The Power of Patience: Achieving your goals takes time and effort. Cultivate patience and trust the process.

13. The Importance of Self-Love: You cannot give what you don't have. Love and accept yourself unconditionally for who you are.

14. The Joy of Living: Life is a gift. Choose to focus on the good and find joy in each moment.

15. The Power of Now: The past is gone, and the future is uncertain. Live fully in the present moment and make the most of each day.

Bonus Lesson: Remember, you are the master of your mind. Choose your thoughts wisely and use them to create the life you desire.

Children do not experience our intentions, no matter how heartfelt. They experience what we manifest in tone and behavior.
