🎨💙 Talk about a transformation! 💙🎨

Our outside wall got an incredible makeover, and we have some very special people to thank for making it happen!

A HUGE shoutout to our rock star PE teacher Ms. Spelman, and our amazing Grade 4 team, Ms. Austin and Ms. Davignon, who spent their time, energy, and creativity bringing this vision to life. From the planning and taping to every last brushstroke, this was truly a labor of Lynch love! 🦁💙

We are also incredibly grateful to our community partners at Sherwin-Williams and Hyde Tools. Their generous donations of paint, supplies, and tools helped make this project possible. We are so fortunate to have community partners who believe in our school and invest in making Lynch a beautiful, welcoming place for our students and families.

What a difference a little paint, a lot of teamwork, and some serious Lion pride can make! 🦁🎨💙

🧇 Thursday was Waffle Day at the Lynch Learning Lab! 🧇

Reaching the halfway point of summer school called for a special celebration! As a reward for all of our students’ hard work, perseverance, and positive attitudes during the first half of the program, everyone enjoyed Ms. Spelman’s famous waffles with their favorite toppings.

🌟A huge thank you to Ms. Spelman for continuing this sweet summer tradition, and a heartfelt thank you to our wonderful Lynch Learning Lab families for donating so many delicious toppings! From fresh fruit to whipped cream and sprinkles, our students loved creating their own waffle masterpieces.

We’re so proud of all the hard work our students have put in so far, and we’re excited for a strong finish to the second half of summer school! 💙☀️

🌱 Our Summer School Garden is Growing! 🌱

Garlic or zucchini anyone? One of our enrichment activities this summer has students rolling up their sleeves and getting their hands dirty in our class garden! 🌼🍅🌿 They’re learning about planting, caring for living things, teamwork, and the patience it takes to help a garden grow.

We can’t wait to watch our garden flourish over the next few weeks. Great job to our young gardeners! 🌞💙

Yesterday, our Summer School students cooled off with a water balloon recess, and there were smiles, laughter, and plenty of splashes! 😄🌊 It’s always fun to mix a little play into a day of learning—especially on a hot summer day!

We’re making great memories while learning together! 💙🤍

Free Summer Meals for Kids & Teens!

Looking for free meals this summer? The first wave of Summer Eats meal site locations is now available.

This is an initial list and locations will be updated weekly throughout the summer. Families are encouraged to check the website regularly for the most current site information, schedules, and updates.

No registration is required. Free meals are available to all children and teens ages 18 and under.

Be sure to bookmark the page and check back often as additional sites may be added throughout the summer!

🏀 One of our favorite Lynch traditions is closing out the school year with the annual Students vs. Staff Basketball Game!

This year’s game was filled with laughter, teamwork, school spirit, and just a little friendly competition. While our students gave it everything they had, the staff proved that experience (and maybe a few extra years 😉) still has its advantages!

Thank you to everyone who played, cheered, and helped make this such a memorable way to celebrate another amazing school year. Until next year… game on! 💙🦁🤍
