Bissett Bobcats

5th grade clap out. 👏🎉

What a great way to honor and celebrate an amazing group of individuals as they walked the halls of Bissett for their final time. This group is going to do big things as they move into middle school. We will miss them.

Today was our final quarterly trip to Olive Garden. 2 students are randomly selected every quarter to attend. Names are entered in a drawing for students who meet the following criteria.

Thank you to Olive Garden for providing this experience for our students and to our community partners for funding the transportation. Our students always have a great time and return to school bragging about all of the delicious breadsticks they get to eat. 💯

It was another great day to be a Bobcat as we wrapped up the year with our final assembly and celebration. Tomorrow we say good bye to our students for the summer and to our building for a year.

Today was Field Day at Bissett and our Bobcats had a great time. Coach L planned a fantastic day for us and we had so many parent volunteers helping out. Thank you to everyone who helped make it a GREAT day!

Our 5th grade teachers, Mrs. York and Mrs. Smith planned a glow party for their classes today. And our 5th graders loved it! They also invited other classes to join in on the fun. What a great way to celebrate an amazing school year and make great memories with friends. 🌟

Monday was a great day to be a Bobcat! 🐾

🌭Grades 3-5 had their MAP BBQ to celebrate their hard work during MAP testing.
💰All students got to visit the Cents of Pride store one final time this year.
📚Every student received a bag of books to read this summer.

This week, our Bobcats got to participate in our Kindness Challenge celebration. Over the last month, each class was challenged to complete 5 acts of kindness as a group. We collected all our kind acts in a jar. On Tuesday, our students celebrated all their hard work with popcorn and a movie.

A special thank you to Real Life Church for providing our kids with their popcorn treat!
