CMS has officially approved DDD’s FY26 waiver amendments, supporting key budget and policy updates.

Effective January 1, 2026:
🔹 Children’s Support Waiver: 5% service budget increase + SSI adjustment
🔹 Children’s Residential Providers: 8.8% rate increase
🔹 Adult DD Waiver (Home-Based): 5% service budget increase + SSI adjustment
🔹 Adult DD Waiver Services: Rate increases, including an $.80/hour DSP wage reimbursement boost
