While following the Missouri Early Learning Standards we provide individualized curriculum on a safe, secure, quiet space on the south side of Springfield. We are looking to add a qualified preschool teacher to our amazing team for a dynamic group of 4–5 year olds!

We’re searching for someone who:
-Has strong classroom management skills
-Can confidently plan and implement engaging lessons
-Uses positive guidance and social-emotional language
-Handles conflict resolution with patience and professionalism
-Brings energy, creativity, and a genuine love for early childhood education
