Ready, set, roll! 🎃🏁 Which pumpkin will go the farthest?

We explored sizes, shapes, and unique features, then put our pumpkins to the test in a fun race! We also practiced counting 1–5, matching the number on each pumpkin with the correct amount of seeds. 🔢🌱

Pumpkin Science & Hammering!🎃

Will it sink or float? The children tested pumpkins and gourds in water, observing what happened! Then, they practiced using wooden mallets to tap golf tees into a pumpkin, building hand-eye coordination, focus, and fine motor skills with every tap. 🔨🍂

🎃 Pumpkin Discovery: Inside and Out

What’s inside a pumpkin? We opened ours to find out! The children explored its textures, reviewed its parts, and turned the seeds into musical shakers. We also used blocks to measure how wide our pumpkin was, bringing science, music, and math into one hands-on experience! 🧡

Day 1: Pumpkin Discovery:Inside and Out

We explored the outside of a pumpkin, felt its texture, and learned its parts. Then we painted paper pumpkins with sponges, read Itsy Bitsy Pumpkin, and met the pumpkin from the story! 📖🎨

Dot by dot, our fall acorns came to life! 🍁

Yesterday, our little learners decorated acorns with dot markers while practicing hand-eye coordination, color recognition, and creativity. Sometimes the simplest activities bring the biggest smiles! 🤎

🍎 What’s inside an apple?

Today our little learners explored apples up close! We talked about their colors, looked at a real apple cut in half, and discovered its stem, skin, flesh, core, and seeds. The best part was watching their faces light up as they made their own discoveries! 🍏🍂

Today we welcomed fall with The Very Hungry Caterpillar’s First Fall. When the wind began to whoosh and the branches started to shake, the story came to life and their excitement says it all! 🥰

These are the moments when early literacy becomes a full sensory experience filled with listening, movement, imagination, and pure childhood joy.
