Hey ’74 Lions, remember that epic 50th reunion back in October? Oh, what a night! Also remember the Class Gift Appeal letter the reunion committee sent out? $41,005 has been donated to O’Hara from 1974 graduates so far to honor the 50th anniversary of our graduation. The students, teachers and administration appreciate our support. Wouldn’t it be great to get to $50,000 to celebrate 50 years? There a few more days left in the school’s fiscal year so if you want to get your donation in and help us get to $50K this fiscal year, send it by Monday June 30. Let’s go Lions!

The 1974 Championship Track Team is being inducted into the 2024 Cardinal O’Hara Hall of Fame on Saturday, September 14th, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the COHS Gymnasium!

21 of us attended graduation yesterday to celebrate the 50th anniversary of our graduation. It was exciting to walk into the stadium on campus behind the 2024 graduates and sit right behind them. O'Hara really made us feel special and the shoutout from President Mike Connor during his remarks was awesome.

50 years ago today the O’Hara boys track team won the Philadelphia Catholic League championship at LaSalle College (not yet a university). It was the 1st track championship for O’Hara ! As they were driving home from LaSalle, the city was bursting with excitement as the Flyers had just won the Stanley Cup. The boys were celebrating just as much as the Flyers fans. This track team will be inducted into the COH Hall of Fame in October. Thanks to Charlie McNulty ‘75 for the picture.
