JTESOI EASTies are dedicated leaders who prove that even our youngest innovators can make a lasting difference and have demonstrated what it means to make a positive impact through EAST by developing partnerships and using technology to create real-world solutions.

Evie was honored to be a special guest of Mr. Nika West at today’s 2026 Remember the Removal Bike Ride Return Ceremony which was held at the Cherokee National Peace Pavilion in Oklahoma.

She had the opportunity to witness the riders’ return, enjoy a performance by the Cherokee National Youth Choir, and hear inspiring remarks from the Chief of the Cherokee Nation, members of the Cherokee Nation Council, and the riders.

This remarkable opportunity and educational experience was made possible through Evie’s EAST project that highlighted Mr. West’s journey as a Remember the Removal rider.

On May 14th, the Arkansas Secretary of Education, Mr. Jacob Oliva, invited the hosts of Tiger Talk from EAST at John Tyson Elementary School of Innovation to be recognized in Little Rock by the Arkansas State Board of Education for their support of veterans.
