We are looking for parents willing to help lead some of our JB Hunt PTA committees for the 2026-2027 school year! 💙💛

These committees help support the PTA Board and our school, but they are not meant to be overwhelming or super time consuming. They are made up of parents using the gifts and talents they already have to help make JB Hunt special for our students, staff, and families. 🐾

When lots of parents each give a little of their time and talents, it creates the kind of school community our kids remember, and we would love for you to be part of that. 💛

Teacher Appreciation Week may be over, but we are STILL feeling so thankful for our amazing teachers and staff! 💛🍎✨

Last week was full of treats, goodies, decorations, coffee, gifts, and lots of love for the people who do so much for our kids every single day. Honestly, teachers are superheroes. You could not pay most of us enough to manage classrooms full of kids while somehow helping them learn, grow, feel confident, and become really smart humans all at the same time. 😅

What makes our teachers so special is that even with so many students, they still make each child feel seen, important, encouraged, and loved. They celebrate strengths, support struggles, and help our kids grow in ways that go far beyond academics. 💛

A huge THANK YOU to all of the parents and families who donated items through our Sign Up Genius and Amazon wish list to help spoil our teachers all week long!

Let’s be real, Mrs. Doshier and Mrs. Athey are BOSSES. They work their tails off every single day, and because of them, our school runs like a well-oiled machine. From the big decisions to the tiny details, they keep everything moving and make it look easy (even though we know it’s not).

We are so lucky to have leaders like this.

Check out the schedule so you know when your student will be out there getting ALL those laps in (seriously… they do not get tired 😅).

Pledge packets went home in Monday folders. Every lap helps support our teachers, students, and school programs 💙

And if you plan to come cheer them on…
bring your running shoes and water too. You might get recruited. 👀
