Springdale High School Dance Team

Team Bonding with a bonfire and s’mores before school starts was needed to end our summer and get ready for back to school!!🪵Now we can say we are very excited for the 2026-2027 school year and what other fun activities we will be able to do as a team!!♥️

We love doing our annual Kiwanis Football Day!🏈 And being able to perform with our Kiwanis cheerleaders during half time!!💕 Saturday night was unforgettable, making new little friends and overall having fun! We can’t wait to see our little friends next year!

This week we traveled to UCA Conway for another amazing 4 day Universal Dance Association camp. We learned about so many things from choreography and technique, to performance and leadership. Most of all we learned how to work together as a team. We are also bringing home some hardware! Our home routine placed in the top 5, and also earned us a bid to Nationals! The UDA Instructors voted on us for the Full Out Award because of the hard work we put in during every class and every practice. We also won a Superior trophy for earning the most blue ribbons, and the teams at camp voted on us for the Leadership Award. We had 3 Pin it Forward recipients, 8 All-Americans, and our upcoming seniors were invited to audition for UDA Staff! In all we earned 59 blue superior ribbons, and 16 red excellent ribbons, a spirit stick each night, and we can’t forget the Super Spirit Stick! We are proud of this team and all that we accomplished this week. We can’t wait to get back to Springdale, rest up, and get back work in our studio. We’ve got some big goals to crush!

Dance is one of THE most expensive sports out there today, and we would not be able to do the things we do without the support of others. Today was so special. We got to come together as a team to celebrate sweet Manuel and his family. Manuel got to ring the bell today to celebrate the end of his cancer journey. It was a privilege to meet him and we feel honored that we got to cheer him on at the end of his cancer journey. Manuel, you are an INSPIRATION and a HERO in our eyes! Congratulations 💛🎗️🧡🎗️💛

Annual Team Lock In was a success!!❣️We had so much fun! Playing twister, hide and seek, late night talks and overall bonding as a team. We can’t wait for this upcoming year!!🐾♥️

Great way to end the year at with Club Day, we had so much fun teaching dances and chants as well as playing games.✨We love making new friends and giving back.💚🤍

We officially ended this year with our team banquet on Saturday. It was bittersweet because we had so much to celebrate, but it also meant saying goodbye to our seniors as they begin their next chapter in life.♥️🐾
