We are so delighted to have Mr. Braden Sanford join our team at DTSOI!

Mr. Sanford says, “ I am a graduate from the University of Arkansas! Over the past year, I have served as a choir adjunct for several Springdale schools, including Don Tyson School of Innovation. I am very excited to be the new assistant director and I am looking forward towards helping the young musicians grow at DTSOI!”

Mr. Sanford has worked as a substitute teacher and an adjunct voice teacher for the DTSOI choir program this past year. He has definitely made his mark and we are SUPER excited to have him join our team.

Dr. Michael Shepherd is stepping into a new leadership role as the Principal of the Don Tyson School of Innovation ! 🎓✨

With 31 years of experience, Dr. Shepherd is a familiar face and a leader within the . He transitions to DTSOI after over a decade as the founding principal of Lakeside Junior High, building on his years of leadership at Har-Ber and Central Junior High and 11 years in the classroom. 🏫
