HTMS teachers were ALL IN learning ways to support struggling readers in middle grades with one of our district’s best instructional specialists, Elizabeth Dederich. Not only did we add tools to our tool belt, we had fun doing it! When educators are learners, students reap the benefits! We can’t wait to implement the strategies we practiced today!

🎉What an awesome day it was today at 6th Grade KickOff! We played games, toured the building, met teachers, practiced opening lockers, made new friends, checked out the social time area to play, and head from HTMS administrators. THANK YOU to our awesome teachers and volunteers who made this day AMAZING!

We can’t wait to see our 6th graders again at Open House this Thursday, Aug. 6th from 4-6pm (and our 7th graders Wednesday, Aug. 5th from 4-6pm).🎉School starts Monday, August 10th!
