The School Board and District Leadership Team visited our school today for our School Board Luncheon. Our Student Council members welcomed our esteemed guests! Highlights from today’s visit included student safety marshals sharing their role in serving other students and helping keep our school safe, students teaching our guests how to write their own music on the computer and then playing their composition on a xylophone, visiting 5th grade classes to participate in a Wonder Wednesday hands-on science activity, and students sharing projects they are currently working on! We are so proud of our staff and students who prepared and presented today. We are thankful for the opportunity to share our learning with our amazing School Board and District Leadership Team! Go, Tigers! 🧡🎉🐯

Happy National Instructional Coaches Day!
We are proud to recognize Mrs. Morris and Ms. Brazell, JTESOI's Instructional Coaches! An instructional coach works alongside teachers to strengthen teaching and learning throughout the school. That can mean helping plan, modeling strategies, looking at data, teaching in classrooms, coordinating interventions, helping problem-solve, and making sure students receive the right support. At JTESOI, Mrs. Morris and Ms. Brazell do all of that AND MORE.
Much of an instructional coach's work happens behind the scenes, but the impact reaches every classroom. Thank you, Mrs. Morris & Ms. Brazell for everything you do to support our teachers, students, and JTESOI Community!
