The Book Fair is coming!
November 8-12
Students will come to the book fair during their scheduled library time. Parents and students are welcomed to come shop during "free flow" time.
Free Flow shopping times: M-F 7:45-8:45 M-Th 2:30-3:45

We have had a great start to the school year! I would love to have some pictures of your kids reading. If you catch them reading take a picture and email it to me so that I can print it and put it up in our library. [email protected]

On Wednesday, first graders read “If I Built a House” by Chris Van Dusen and then got to design their own pretend houses.

Readers are Leaders read to our first graders this morning! Christmas books are my favorite.

This week the 5th graders read the book “Goodnight Little Rock” by Emily Wyatt and then made their own “goodnight” books by picking a place and illustrating its landmarks. Lots of fun to see their ideas... even had a few create rhyming text like our mentor text.

Look how cozy Lilli was reading this past weekend! With weather this cold, that seems like the best possible activity!
