🌟Staff Highlight Chloe Howell🌟

🏫Chloe is going into her second year at CinDay with the role of Administrative Director and Office Manager.
🍎 Her favorite part about working at CinDay is building relationships with students, families, and staff! She loves getting to know people's stories and helping them in any way she can.
💍Fun Facts: She got married in July at the University of Dayton where she met her husband!
🍦Her favorite sweet treat is ice cream. Chloe and her husband eat it almost every night.
🧶She is learning how to crochet. She is in the middle of crocheting a cardigan for this fall season!
✝️She is going into her second year being a catechist to 2nd graders on Sunday mornings at Incarnation.

The CinDay staff were all together again for retreat the last couple of days! We are all so excited to welcome back our students and families for another great year ahead. ❤️
There was a lot of catching up with one another after a long summer break. The teachers are preparing so many fun lessons and fields trips. There may be a hint in a picture of what the next unit theme may be! 🌲
We welcomed new staff to the team! They all came through the doors with big smiles on their faces ready to learn and prepare for the new school year. We also celebrated the newly married Mrs. Howell! 💍

🌟New Staff Highlight Mindy Cline🌟

🍎Mindy is CinDay’s Leadership Consultant.
✨After 34 years as a teacher and principal in Centerville Schools, and a half a year spent in “retirement”, she is so excited to be back at school! She has followed CinDay’s journey since her daughter attended Minds in Motion for preschool 22 years ago! CinDay’s philosophy and individualized approach to education are a perfect fit with her educational beliefs and vision. She cannot wait to work with students, their families, and teachers again! She’s been spending at least a day a week at CinDay since January, and she’s so encouraged and hopeful for what she sees happening on campus. Only a few more sleeps until she gets to welcome your children to CinDay!!!
💕Fun Facts: Mindy and her husband live in Centerville with too many empty bedrooms. Their son, Alex, is 31 and he and his wife live in Springboro. Her daughter, Morgan, is 27 and lives in Loveland with her husband.
🐶She has one dog named Cooper and two grand dogs named Archer and Brooks.
🏈Mindy is an OSU graduate- GO BUCKS! She was lucky enough to travel with her husband and friends from college to the National Championship in January 2025!
✈️She LOVES to play pickleball, read, and travel. She went to Europe for the first time last summer and visited London, Italy, France, and Barcelona. She is taking a National Parks tour this year!

Our Natural Playground has been such a popular and well-loved part of our campus, and we are so excited that it’s growing! 🎉

Our students are going to be thrilled when they see some of the new additions taking shape! We’re expanding the space with more rocks for building and creating, outdoor tables for gathering and creating, new opportunities for imaginative play, and so much more!

And we are especially excited about our new MUD KITCHEN! 🥣🌿 A huge THANK YOU to the wonderful parents who donated it! We are so grateful for families who continue to help us make our campus such a special place for children.

At CinDay, we believe some of the very best learning happens when children are moving, building, creating, imagining, exploring, problem-solving, and playing together. Our Natural Playground gives students the freedom to do exactly that while enjoying the outdoors.

And we’re not finished yet… many more exciting additions are coming our way! 💚
We can’t wait for our students to get back on campus and discover everything that’s new. The 2026–27 school year is almost here, and CinDay just keeps getting better! 🌳

🌟New Staff Highlight Dyana Turner🌟

🍎Dyana will be CinDay’s permanent Substitute Teacher and will be helping with some administrative work with Mrs. Gina.
🎓She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and worked for her government at Consulate General of Perú in Houston. She also worked for private attorney offices for years until she became a mom, and her life changed for the better.
👩‍🏫She worked with children from Pre-K to High school for over 10 years in different roles such as Substitute Teacher, Bilingual Aide, and a Classroom Teacher. She loves working with children and making sure they know they are smart and capable. Something else about Dyana is that she speaks fluent Spanish.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Fun Facts: She is a proud wife and mom of 3 kids: Caroline (10), Joshua(8), and Elijah(6). They have lived in Waynesville for over 4 years and they love it!
🎢Her family loves going to Amusement Parks, camping, and trips to the beach.
☕Some of Dyana’s favorite things to do are getting coffee at a coffee shop and going to the movie theater with family and friends.

🌟Staff Highlight Jessica Johnson🌟

💕Jessica is a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and works primarily behind the scenes as part of the Student Support Team (SST). She helps support students who may need additional guidance with self-regulation, focusing, and attending within the classroom environment.
✨Jessica’s goal is to help students develop effective replacement responses and identify safe, appropriate, and successful ways to communicate their needs, and to help get those needs met. She has always loved working with neurodivergent children and teens, and the autistic community holds a particularly special place in her heart. Last year, she began her first school-based position with CinDay, and has truly enjoyed the challenges, successes, and meaningful connections she has made with the students and the opportunity to support them.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Fun Facts: Jessica has been married to her wonderful husband for almost 19 years and has 3 kids.
🏕️Her favorite place to be is "glamping" with her family and getting the opportunity to slow down and enjoy the little memorable moments outside of the busy life they share.
📸She also enjoys art and photography as hobbies.
