Reminder that we will not have classes this week while MDSA changes over for their summer camp schedule.

We'll resume our regular class schedule on Monday, June 8th. Everyone enjoy the break and be sure to practice at home!

Tonight's Weapons Class at 7:00 PM will be repurposed to an open floor for any students that want additional help on material ahead of the studio being closed next week. Be sure to take advantage of this opportunity to keep progressing and get ready for testing!

Fighting Dragon Tae Kwon Do will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.

As we spend time with family and friends, let’s take a moment to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

We look forward to seeing everyone back on the mats after the holiday. 🥋

I went out on a limb and ordered bag sleeves for our XXL Wavemasters from Sparring Sports, and these things look and feel AWESOME! If you're looking for a great way to spruce up your gear, check them out!

A quick note about classes tonight - as we have a few students who will be competing in the Battle Against ALS tournament this weekend, we're going to take the last part of the 6:00 class and some of the 7:00 class to do some tournament sparring. This will be a great opportunity to start to understand the differences between our traditional in class sparring and tournament style, so be sure to bring your gear!!
