I got a flat tire today. Noticed after I drove home. I pay for Allstate to send someone to help me change the tire since the pitiful jack that Toyota gives you is inadequate. I called Allstate and got put on hold. Heard a "we apologize for the delay. Your call will be answered in the order of your call. I waited for 56 minutes and 24 seconds before I hung up.
I eventually- when my wife got home - went to Walmart and bought some Fix a Flat.
What if it had been my wife who had called? What if she was sitting in the dark, like me, waiting for someone to answer the phone. I pay and paid for roadside assistance. Allstate, you dropped me onto s line that nobody answered. Allstate, you can do better. Allstate, why are you always thereto take my money? My car gets older every year - but what it costs to insure my car never goes down - just up.
