These First Grade Students had fun with all things Pizza. 🍕 They made chef hats, punctuation pizza, and place value pizzas. A special thank you to Pepperoni's for donating pizza boxes for this amazing pizza themed day of learning.

Today is International Dot Day our Pre-K, Kinder and First Grade students did an amazing job getting their creative juices flowing making these sun catchers. ￼Dot Day was established to celebrate creativity, courage, and collaboration, the celebration is easily one of the most fun days of the year!
Mrs. Spaulding’s class enjoyed this beautiful morning by going outside for morning meeting and phonological awareness in the outdoor classroom!
Mrs Houlston’s class took a trip to the book machine together and awarded their first gold coin to Reeva Tiwari for always having her eyes watching, her ears listening, voice quiet and body calm in class. The whole class loved being able to see how the machine worked.

Mrs Haggard’s Class is so excited about this big crate of books that were donated to them from Hawaiian Shirt Books, a local organization that values the love of reading.
This kindergarten class had a blast exploring shapes and recreating them using marshmallows and pretzels￼.
These 1st Graders celebrated reading for 45 straight minutes today with flashlight 🔦 reading and breakfast treats!!

I am always amazed at the level of support that is offered by the Snyder Parents, and Spirit Night at Spring Creek Barbecue is no exception to that! There was a constant flow of smiling faces coming to eat the yummy rolls and help raise money for our school. A big thank you to Dr. Ann K. Snyder, Stevie the Stallion and the Snyder Staff for being a guest servers.
On Tuesday, September 6th, schools across Texas will be wearing maroon as a show of support for students and teachers on their first day of school in Uvalde ISD.
Our students are welcome to join in supporting Uvalde students and staff by wearing maroon on Tuesday, September 6th.

We are proud to have earned a distinction in the area of Closing the Gaps (ensuring ALL students are successful and progressing in both Reading and Math) with a score of 💯%
⭐️ An “A” rating was earned for exemplary performance for preparing students for success, encouraging high academic achievement, and ensuring academic growth for students.
Ms. Gonzalez’s 1st grade students had the opportunity to book shop and read in special spots around the classroom.
