🌞 Teachers, you made it! Summer is here, and it’s time to actually relax. Here are TEN ways to unwind and recharge:

Unplug – Step away from emails and school group chats. You’re off the clock!

Read for pleasure – Grab that book you’ve been saving all year.

Get outside – Sunshine + fresh air = the ultimate reset.

Binge without guilt – Watch your shows. Nap between episodes. Zero shame.

Pamper yourself – Massage, mani, or just a long bath with no interruptions.

Take a trip – Even a weekend getaway can work wonders.

Try a hobby – Something fun, not “productive.” Think watercolor, baking, or paddleboarding.

Sleep in – No alarms. Nap whenever. You earned it.

Say “no” – You don’t have to do all the things. Rest is productive, too.

Do absolutely nothing – Seriously. Be still. Let yourself just be.

💛 However you spend your summer, make sure it feels like a break. You deserve it.

Adding a daily joke to your classroom routine can really brighten up the learning experience and make things more fun for everyone. Humor helps reduce stress and makes students feel more at ease, which means they're more likely to participate and pay attention. A good laugh can make the classroom feel more welcoming and less serious, helping shy students come out of their shells. Plus, laughter releases endorphins, boosting everyone’s mood and even helping with concentration. Starting the day with a joke can set a positive tone, making students more excited and motivated to learn.

These free back to school jokes can help you get started on your first week.
