So much fun this week at our Falcons Basketball Camp! 🏀
It's not too late to register for our summer sports camps! It all starts with basketball camp (2nd grade - middle school) next week, June 6- 10. Registration is available at frassaticatholic.org/camps - walk up registration welcome. You can also sign up for football camp (rising 2nd grade - middle school), running June 13-15, or middle school volleyball camp, July 21-22. Learn more on our website, and we'll see you there!
Another big essay contest winner - congratulations to Elizabeth Rudolph '22, who won first place in the USCCB Religious Liberty Essay Contest. For the essay she was tasked to share a story of a person who was a witness to freedom. She wrote about Fr. Anthony Kohlmann who refused to break the seal of the confessional and the legal proceedings against him that resulted in the New York government recognizing the sanctity of the Seal of Confession. Elizabeth will be awarded a cash scholarship and her essay will be published in a June edition of the Our Sunday Visitor newspaper. Way to go, Elizabeth!
This afternoon we celebrated a Memorial Mass for Juana Boada '21. Father David Hust was our celebrant, and the family unveiled plans for enhancing our stations of the cross and rosary into a memorial garden for the departed loved ones of the Frassati Catholic community.
A big congratulations to Gabe Briers '24 who just won first place in the national Catholic Textbook Project essay contest. This annual contest prompted high school entrants to "describe an important historical event, the key players, its outcome, and how it changed history." Gabe's essay examined the impact of Martin Luther, focusing especially on the Church's response to the chaos of the Protestant Reformation. As a winner, he earned a cash prize as well as money for Frassati Catholic to order books from the host company. Way to go, Gabe!
Today we celebrated a big milestone in our Home Field Advantage Capital Campaign - Groundbreaking! Official construction begins soon. We're on track to have the football team play at home this fall but the work isn't done! If you'd like to support this campaign, please give or pledge today at frassaticatholic.org/hfa. Thanks so much to all the benefactors who've made this project a reality!
Congratulations to the Frassati Catholic Class of 2022! 💙💙💙

Thank you to Bishop Dell'Oro for celebrating our 6th Baccalaureate Mass with us this morning. The class of 2022 is such a special group, and Bishop Dell'Oro reminded all gathered that to reach the heights we must do as Christ did, seeking out and serving those most in need.
It's hard to believe graduation is tomorrow! The class of 2022 had their final day as students at their Ethics & Culture Final Seminar and Celebration. Congratulations everyone, and we'll see you tomorrow for Baccalaureate Mass and Commencement!
The Entrepreneurship Club finished out the year with an awards luncheon - we celebrated our winners of the inaugural Golden Apron Employee of the Year award, which was presented to Silvia Jeter '22 and Greyson Padula '23. Giving Tuesday is tomorrow and we’re thrilled to announce that a generous donor has come forward with a $10K matching fund!!! That means every dollar you give between now and the end of Giving Tuesday will be doubled up to $10K!

And that’s double the money for the Frassati Fund, our annual appeal that helps bridge the gap between what families pay for tuition and the true cost of a Frassati Catholic education - a difference of roughly $3,500 per student. That type of generosity can make a huge difference in the lives of our students, so please give now to help us make this the best Giving Tuesday yet! https://frassaticatholic.org/givingtuesday

With Giving Tuesday just days away we are working hard to hit our fall semester giving goal! All donations from Giving Tuesday will go directly toward the Frassati Fund, our annual appeal that helps bridge the gap between what families pay for tuition and the true cost of a Frassati Catholic education - a difference of roughly $3,500 per student. Please give now to help us make this the best Giving Tuesday yet! frassaticatholic.org/givingtuesday

In recent years, the Frassati Catholic community has lost many loved ones. To honor their memory, and create a space for quiet reflection and contemplation for our students we are excited to initiate a fundraising project for the Memorare Garden. This garden will be a place on campus for us to remember those we’ve lost, giving us a serene space for remembrance and prayer.

Frassati Catholic parent, Mrs. Catalina Boada, P ‘18, ‘21, ‘24, speaks about the inspiration for the Memorare Garden, Juana Boada ‘21, who passed just one week after her graduation in 2021. Her love of nature, beauty, and the environment is the catalyst for the creation of the Memorare Garden, which will serve as a memorial for all those we’ve lost from the Frassati Catholic community. Our goal is $12,000, and you can use the giving form to donate, get involved as a volunteer, or share in-kind donations of flowers, trees, or other elements needed to complete the Memorare Garden. Make your gift at frassaticatholic.org/garden.

Did you know that the Frassati Fund raises money for tuition assistance? And every dollar raised for tuition assistance goes directly toward the education of a student with financial need. Christian Del Valle ‘22 shared his tuition assistance story from Texas A&M where he’s a freshman engineering major. His powerful testimony is just one example of how tuition assistance can help change lives. Visit frassaticatholic.org/givingtuesday to make your gift today!
