COLORING BOOK AND CRAYON DRIVE for Texas Children's Hospital Oncology Floor.
As we know, Cancer has hit many kids within our community. It is heartbreaking and hard to understand. We all pray, we want to help and show our love to these families.
Trinity Lutheran Church is always giving back to our community and this is just one more way they spread God's love to those in need.
"Trinity's Cancer Care Ministry and family and friends of Jake Hickford are teaming with Brennan's Buddies for a summer Toy Drive. While many of us are planning summer vacations, swim competitions and outside activities, cancer kids will continue with their treatments, many of them staying inpatient for weeks."
Grateful Giving (Margaret Sneck) wants to help too. We will be collecting new coloring books (for all ages) and crayons, markers or map pencils. Collections will be made through May 18th. Once collected we will bag individually and then they will be delivered to these STRONG kids along with the toys.
Help add some color to their day and a smile to their face!
Share with your family, friends, coworkers and neighbors and lets make this a HUGE success.
You can find coloring books for $1 at Michaels and of course the Dollar store.
