Hello everyone,
I am Maxine and I am the founder of NeedANanny. Although this brand may be new, I have years of experience in child care.
A bit of background about me:
I earned my B.S in Psychology back in 2018 and immediately started my career in the ABA field working 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism. This allowed me to work in homes, schools, and clinics. Along with this full time job, in 2020, I decided to take upon a part time position with a child care agency that focused solely on babysitting and tutoring. After 2 years of working with over 200 families through this agency, it opened numerous doors for me to work full time with kiddos all across the Houston area. I have growing relationships with both parents and children. I have encountered so many positive experiences with different families over the past 3 years and would love to continue expanding my work. I want to offer a service that makes parents feel comfortable and confident when booking with NeedANanny.
