We are in our last week of school here at FCS and celebrating many milestones! Our kindergarteners graduate today and our seniors graduated on Friday night. We are so proud of all of the hard work and dedication you have each put in and we look forward to watching as the Lord continues to grow and shape each of you into the young men and women you will be.

Looking back to our Sports Banquet: it was a beautiful evening full of encouragement, laughter, and recognition. We’re so thankful for the gift the Lord has given us in our athletics program and we look forward to the many more accomplishments and fun times we will have in the years to come. All glory be to Christ!

Our HS track and field team did very well at STATE over the weekend. Their placements were as follows: Girls-2nd in the 4x4, 2nd in the 2x400 and 3rd in the 4x1

Nicholas Welling-4th in the 1600 and 1st in the 3200
Jackson Jones-6th in the 100
Avery Dubeck-5th in the 3200
Celeste Rubio-4th in the 100
Kade Jones-6th in shot put
Giselle Juarez-6th in shot put
Junielle Bongo-4th in high jump and 5th in long jump

Join us next Friday night as our seniors walk across the stage to receive their diplomas and we celebrate all their hard work during their time here at FCS.

Please join us for our End of Year Chapel next Tuesday at 6:30pm. The concert title is “Light of a Clear Blue Morning” and focuses on the return of Christ with a variety of exciting and engaging music pieces the students have worked hard on all semester. Don’t miss it!

Friday and Saturday a group of our HS Track and Field team will be heading to compete in the State tournament! We can’t wait to see how they do. Let’s go Falcons!

To celebrate their study of Mount Vesuvius and Pompeii, our 7th grade Latin class brought history to life through a hands-on activity—building and erupting their own volcanoes in class.

Congratulations to our HS track and field team for placing in multiple events at Regionals over the weekend! Our girls got 2nd overall and our boys got 4th overall. Great job Falcons!

Our 6th grade art class used pop art to make some of their favorite things! Check out their fun work!

A couple weekends ago some of our students got the chance to compete in the TAPPS BBQ Competition. We had a great time, learned a lot, and had some delicious bbq.
