History has been made at Spring Baptist Academy as we celebrated the Class of 2026, SBA’s first graduating class.
What began as a vision has now become a reality, marking a milestone years in the making. These students have grown academically, spiritually, and personally through friendships, chapel, athletics, service, and experiences that helped prepare them for what lies ahead.
We are grateful for the parents, teachers, and mentors who faithfully partnered in guiding, encouraging, and investing in these students along the way.
Congratulations, Class of 2026! We are proud of you and excited to see where God leads you next. Your legacy will forever be part of SBA history.

On this Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who courageously gave their lives in service to our country. “Greater love has no one than this…” We are grateful for their sacrifice and the freedoms we enjoy because of it. 🇺🇸

🎓 Senior Spotlight – Jaaziel Alicea
Jaaziel will be attending Liberty University this fall, where he plans to pursue a major in Psychology while continuing his passion for music. He is excited to develop ideas and projects that will help spread the gospel and bring others to Christ.
Having joined SBA in 1st grade, Jaaziel is grateful for the lasting impact his teachers and school community have had on his life—academically, spiritually, and personally. Some of his favorite memories include leading in chapel through worship and playing basketball, both of which made his time at SBA meaningful.

🎓 Senior Spotlight – Hayden Combest
Hayden plans to attend Lonestar College for a year before transferring to Texas A&M University, where she plans to pursue a major in Biochemistry. She is excited to step into this next season of life, continue her education, and work toward her goal of becoming an anesthesiologist assistant.
Hayden joined SBA in Kindergarten. When reflecting on her time at SBA, she shares that each teacher she’s had has made a lasting impact on her—not just in the classroom, but through the different ways they have shaped her life and supported her along the way.
Some of Hayden’s favorite memories at SBA include going to state for sports, homecoming, the BWI trip, and experiencing prom.
As she looks ahead, she is excited for new experiences and the opportunity to meet new people.

🎓 Senior Spotlight – Jaiden Obregon
Jaiden will be attending Lone Star College this fall, where he plans to pursue a major in Cybersecurity. He is excited to gain experience, continue his education, and help with his family’s coffee business.
Jaiden joined SBA in 1st grade. His favorite teacher is Mr. Galloway, who made a lasting impact on him—not just through fun moments, but through his spiritual guidance and his ability to balance humor with seriousness when it matters.
Some of Jaiden’s favorite memories at SBA include the trip to BWI (Biblical World Institute), where he had a great time with friends and learned a lot, as well as playing basketball and football, which made his time at SBA especially memorable.

🎓 Senior Spotlight – Quentin Johnsen
Quentin will be attending Lone Star College, where he plans to prepare for seminary before later attending Texas Baptist College to pursue his calling to become a youth pastor. He is excited to step into this next season of life and see how God works through his future.
Quentin has been part of SBA since Kindergarten. His favorite teacher is Mrs. Samples, who has taught him across multiple years and has been a constant influence in his life. She has made a huge impact throughout his journey at SBA.
Some of Quentin’s favorite memories include the students vs. staff basketball game, playing instruments in chapel, and creating parody songs for history and science classes. One highlight was leading and organizing his classmates for a school-wide performance of a parody song he created for history class.

🎓 Senior Spotlight – Addy Doelitsch
Addy is currently exploring her options for college and is unsure where she will attend, but she plans to study either Elementary Education or Sonography. She is excited to step into this next season of life and discover where her future will lead.
Addy joined SBA in Pre-K. Her favorite teacher is Mrs. Samples, who has made a lasting impact on her—not just through the years she’s had her in class, but through her encouragement, support, and the joy she brings to the classroom.
Some of Addy’s favorite memories at SBA include homecoming, going to state for volleyball and basketball, and participating in dress-up days with her friends. As she looks ahead, she is excited to explore, meet new people, and try new things.
