Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center and our community’s blood supply have been significantly impacted by Hurricane Beryl. Many blood drives throughout the area were canceled, and several community donor centers were temporarily closed due to power outages, hindering our on-hand blood supply. Despite these challenges, collecting and supplying blood for our area hospitals remains our top priority.
