I made some mini bouquets in jars/vases for the admins at my kid's daycare. A great way to celebrate with something permanent that isn't just another coffee mug.

A floral break for some holiday sparkle. Base done, now to add something more.

Hi everyone! There are a total of 2 projects involving some of the lace from the last post. Here is one result! The second is a Christmas gift so it won't be posted until after.

So I know it has been a long time since I've added anything but life has been very busy. Currently working on a project that uses lace. Which one do you like?

There are many reasons to consider faux or dried flowers for decor as opposed to live. One big one for me is my pets. There are many flowers I like but are toxic to animals if ingested. While one of my cats has no interest, our fosters have been curious on more than one occasion. So for them, I haven't had real flowers in the house for over a year.

Everyone has a favorite "tool" they work with. For some it is a particular pen, or a pair of scissors, but for me in working with these arrangements it is this pair of pliers. These are my parents and have been in their "junk drawer" for as long as I can remember. I have been very tempted to take them permanently (and get them a replacement set) but haven't done it....yet. Do any of you have a favorite "tool"? Drop a picture and reason why!

A beautiful all burlap bouquet

Hi everyone!!! I know it's been awhile since I posted anything but a ton of stuff has been going on. For 1, I'm pregnant with our second child which has really drained me. I'm now out of my first trimester and have a little more energy but still feel rather drained. And for 2, because I'm just trying to start this up I haven't really been able to invest much in it yet. I also don't have a dedicated work space away from my toddler. Little hands manage to get into EVERYTHING. I am hoping to create a few pieces soon to display on here.
