My name is Hayley Beyer and I have loved children for as long as I can remember. I named the daycare Auntie Hay’s because my nephew coined the term, and subsequently every other child in my life has referred to me as “Auntie Hay”. I began babysitting as a young teen and in high school started working at an in-home preschool/daycare, which I instantly fell in love with it. I felt moved to go into t
he psychology field so that I could work with children that have been through some sort of hardship, helping them heal so they can have the childhood they deserve. I received a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and began working at a group home for children who had various emotional/behavioral problems, and difficulties in the home. I then went on to get my Master’s in Counseling and became a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT). Although I love the counseling field, I have decided to change my career to owning and running a daycare so that I can still work with kids but also be home with my son. As a Mom of a toddler, I know how scary it is to trust your most precious gift to someone other than you. It it is so important to be able to go to work and have your mind at ease knowing your child is getting the best care possible. I believe that structure and boundaries are important for children to feel safe and secure, but also believe in lots of play, laughter and fun. My house will be a safe haven where your child can explore, learn, play with friends and be nurtured. I am a licensed daycare provider which means I have met all state requirements and my home has been inspected to ensure it meets safety regulation. The following is a list of my credentials:
• CPR Certified
• First Aid Certified
• Preventative Health Certified
• Receive random home inspections to ensure I am in compliance with licensing regulations
• Licensed MFT with training in behavior modification, child development and how to foster a child’s psychosocial needs
• TB Tests for all adults and volunteers
• Criminal background clearance for all adults and volunteers in the home
Hours of operation are from 7am-5:30pm. The day includes a morning walk, ABC's, reading books, singing songs, sensory play, outside free time, and much more. Currently my kids are all under 2 years old so the schedule changes depending on their need. I provide wipes, snacks and cow's milk
